LBS= LOCATION BASED SERVICES WHAT'S NEW?

LOCATION BASED SERVICES -- what does it mean? In the last blog Hollywood2020 columnist and blogger Joyce Schwarz refers to LBS -- location based services --some of our readers are not familiar with what we mean so we are providing an update.
