Interesting to see this note on the bottom of the 'home page' for the international site: Note: MySpace is a worldwide community. Your choice will not prevent you from making friends and viewing content from users in other countries. 
Myspace.com home page for the international editions including: UK, Australia, USA & what they call global. At first glance much of content remains the same on all sites-- profiles change and words like favorites are adapted to the international flavor of 'favourites'. (see link above, and let us know what else you found that was different on these sites).
