Indiespace is a consultancy providing services related to the use of new technology (Internet, games, virtual worlds) in entertainment. He has provided technical and marketing support for the company ever since. Pete is co-author (with Novak) of the nationally distributed books Creating Internet Entertainment, Web Developer.com Guide to Producing Live Webcasts, and Internet World Guide to Maintaining & Updating Dynamic Web Sites (Wiley). Blogger note: you do have to be a member of Second Life-- but registration and membership is free. The promo from Indiespace.com does not say how to dress your Avatar for the class, but my guess is that you can bet it's going to be casual style. The course is a brilliant idea and gives us some vision of how the whole area of Virtual Worlds can be vital in the next-gen of education or what I have long called edu-tainment. ENJOY!
