WHAT'S UP WITH WEBLO.COM ...
.could this new 'community' website be a scam? Or is it just badly run? Digging deeper into Weblo's pasts we find that they got bad marks from some for a "Virtual Hire" contest they had earlier for another site developed by the same company-- more on that later...
Okay, you may have seen this blogger's post earlier this week about buying some 'virtual' cities on a new website and 'virtual' community called www.weblo.com.
We have emailed Marketing Director, Sean Morrow
who posted a note on Sept 28 saying that -- well here's the link

Hello Weblo Members... Can you help?
MAINTENANCE, MAINTENANCE and a slightly flakey background??????
At the time of Hollywood2020.blogs.com post the site www.weblo.com
was only 5 days old...
now for the past 48 hours the site constantly says it is down for maintenance
once you sign in and go to the 'location' of the properties you've purchased.
NOW, we're starting to wonder about the site....
which has been getting some decent PR in web reports
on such reputable sites as "RED HERRING", "BOSTON HERALD" ,
CNET News Canada, here are links to some of those posts
...note that it seems that any articles/interviews seem to have stopped
except to passing reference to Weblo.com as of 48 hours ago....
AND NO MESSAGE IN THEIR LATEST DEVELOPMENTS
SECTION SINCE SEPT 28 -- almost 2 weeks ago.....
Here are links to PR and note latest developments while we were
writing this blog-- read to the end of the article...we're still skeptical
because of the recent research we did...
Hollywood2020 note:we advise you do NOT buy
on this site www.weblo.com nor
subscribe to it until they fix their
technical problems and
start posting daily updates to users...

My personal experience with weblo.com has been great!
Weblo has always paid me, and they pay fast never had an issue with getting paid. I support this site 100% and have met some great people along the way. You should test it out for your self before you knock something.

My thinking is that this could be a MLM (pyramid) scheme to get the high ups rich. If you notice, the person who owns the most property is one of the admins. How many of the other top users who own the most property are related to the company in some way? Do you really think that they are paying with their own cash for these properties? The people who own the states and airports gain revenue everytime someone purchases property under them. The cash filters up. The top of the pyramid makes the most cash.
Brilliant idea. I only wish that I had thought of it first.
