BLOGGING THE BOB PROCTOR CRUISE TO MEXICO...reporting in from the Holland America Line Oomsterdam, blogged by Joyce Schwarz, author of the upcoming book "The Vision Board".
Sunday, October 7, 2007...on the way to Cabo San Lucas, cruising at sea. The day opened with inspiration and call to action by Rev. Michael Beckwith -- called a gathering, it was so much more. Rev. Beckwith is certainly one of the most dynamic speakers I've ever seen. I almost added entertainer there-- his wife Ricky plays keyboards and sings and they certainly give any Hollywood duo a run for their money.
Amazing-- TV should sign up this couple ASAP.
Hmm not a bad idea to option the rights for an upcoming show. Cross-denominational -- in fact denominational agnostic -- Rev Michael awakens the heart and soul in any listener. And you don't just listen -- he has you participating and standing an clapping and wow -- almost like an updated revival. One of his comments that really stood out today is he talked about the difference between being 'indigenous' and 'indogenous' (will check spelling later). In other words he explains a Palm tree may be indigenous to a tropical climate but when it thrives in Alaska it is indogenous.
TOMORROW -- VISIONING -- appropriately for this blogger Joyce Schwarz, author of the upcoming book "The Vision Board', Rev Beckwith will be coverig the topic of Visioning tomorrow morning. Yep, up at 7 a.m. -- can't miss that and will love to share it with you.
More than 2000 people on this cruise-- it's a fascinating case study in social networking in the RW -- Real World, RL (real life) vs SECOND LIFE. You can reach me via email at [email protected] If you're seeing this and are on the cruise --would love to talk to you --please email me at this email address. Joyce Schwarz, 4007, Oomsterdam.
I feel your annoyance. I never had any good luck with this kind of stuff, either.
So happy to know I'm not by myself!
